1: Add 100ml of water to a large cup and add the chia seeds to it. 2: Let the seeds soak in water for one hour, until a gelatinous mass forms. 3: Add the rest of the water, as well as the lemon juice to the mix. 4: Mix with a spatula for a minute until the ingredients are well incorporated. 5: Add honey for sweetness. 6: Consume a cup, or a glass, of this drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.View original recipe
